Our Loft Conversion Process
We undertake and manage smoothly every aspect of your loft conversion from the initial consultation through to the completion of your new loft. We are fully aware and mindful of the fact that having any form of improvements to your home can be disruptive. Which is why we make sure we turn up everyday when we say we will, and work with 100% dedication on your loft project. Fortunately the nature of working on your loft means the majority of time we are accessing your loft via scaffolding, as opposed to coming through your house.

Accepting The Quotation
Once you have received your quotation, and you have accepted it, we will then arrange a provisional date for starting work on your loft. This date will be advised given our current workflow of loft conversions that we already have planned in our work schedule.
Project Stages and Payments
We don't ask for any upfront payments instead we have a system of stage payments as the loft progresses.
Building Regulation Certificate
After the final stage of your loft conversion has been completed, we will arrange for a building regulations inspector to sign off the loft that is has been converted correctly.
